1. Role & Scope of WorkThe Contractor will serve as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Hostra and will be responsible for:
Engaging and converting homeowner leads into active Hostra listings
Calling, texting, and following up with leads provided by Hostra
Explaining Hostra’s value proposition and onboarding process
Moving leads through the pipeline to conversion (listing activation)
Recruiting additional SDRs to expand Hostra’s outreach efforts
Supporting basic onboarding coordination when needed
